Welcome to Vahaka These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vahaka mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Vahaka Technologies, a company registered in Surat, with its registered office at office at LG 23 Indralok Complex, Piplod, Surat 395007.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Vahaka connects users with restaurants and/or independent delivery partners to order food and beverages. The Platform facilitates ordering, payment, and delivery/logistics services.

  • All orders placed are subject to availability, restaurant acceptance, and confirmation.

  • Orders may be cancelled or refunded based on specific circumstances (e.g. restaurant not accepting the order, delivery failure).

  • You are responsible for being available at the delivery location.

8. Use of the Platform

You agree:

  • Not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Not to engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.
  • Not to attempt to access the Platform’s source code or backend systems.

All content on the Platform (text, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Vahaka Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of restaurants or delivery partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vahaka Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vahaka Technologies, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Platform or email.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Surat Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat Jurisdiction.
